Climate Control is an anti-aging moisturizer that plumps up your skin cells.  It is a humectant that daws mositure from the air and brings it into your skin.  We used to think of our skin as a barrier, but now we know it is more like a sponge and if the molecule is small enough, it can penetrate the skin.  
 
Have you heard of Hyaluronic Acid?  
It's a natural substance that is produced in your body.  It is found in the connective tissue and it is what coats your joints.  It gives your skin volume and padding.  It is also what supports collagen production.  Hylauronic Acid is also what Juviderm is.  If you are not familiar with Juviderm, it is a filler, to make your skin plumper and fuller and to fill in wrinkles.  but the molecule size of Hyaluronic Acid is too large to penetrate the skin, so it is injected under the skin by a dermatologist and it is quite costly.  
Climate Control is Sodium Hyaluronate. 
Soduim Hyaluronate is the salt form of Hyaluronic Acid and is a water soluble salt that holds 1000 times its weight in water.  It is a molecule that is small enough to penetrate the skin.  Since it is a humectant, it also draws moisture from the air and into the skin cells making them plumper and fuller, therefore less wrinkled and aged looking.  
You should use it every day, morning and night.  It should be the first thing that touches your face, and then apply your heavier weighted products on top of the Climate Control to seal the moisture in.  Becasue it is such a tiny molecule, it will evaporte quickly from the skins surface so you want to trap that moisture and drive it into the skin cells, not let it evaporate into the atmosphere.  It is an anti-aging moisturizer that won't leave your face feeling oily.
